The formation of Sustainable Credit Partners (SCP), a transformative private lender for commercial real estate focused on accelerating decarbonization and value retention in the U.S. mid-market commercial property sector, is announced today by the founding partnership of Conduit Capital U.S. (CCAP), Climate First Bancorp, and GreenGen, SCP will broaden access to nationwide financing for underserved mid-market U.S. real estate owners through a new private credit program that combines capital for energy efficiency retrofits, advanced technical expertise, and first mortgage financing in a simplified way.
